Bataan taxpayers unfamiliar with online filing need not worry, as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District Office (RDO) 20 has launched a daily assistance program to ensure a smooth filing process for all.

BIR RDO-20 Chief Atty. Mercedes Estalilla announced that the initiative is designed to support taxpayers who may find the online filing process challenging. “We understand the difficulties some taxpayers face with online systems, and we’re here to make it easier for them,” Estalilla stated.

To facilitate this service, RDO-20 has made computers available at its premises, specifically in the e-Lounge, where taxpayers can complete their filing with ease. Assistance from trained personnel is also provided to guide individuals step-by-step through the online process.

“We encourage everyone to visit the e-Lounge and take full advantage of this service. Whether you are filing for the first time or need help navigating the system, we are here to assist you,” Atty. Estalilla added. Taxpayers can visit RDO-20 Bataan during office hours to access this free support.
